
The Jude Bentley Memorial Cycling Event brought together cyclists and fans under a clear sunlit sky at the Kingston Seawalls circuit, with the experienced Aaron Newton emerging victorious in the feature event yesterday.
The marquee event of the day was the senior 30-lap race, where Newton triumphed in an exhilarating contest, clocking a winning time of 1 hour, 6 minutes, and 26 seconds. Jamual John, who finished second, showcased his strength in the sprints, seizing an impressive eight primes, while Newton himself secured seven.
Marlon Williams took the third spot, followed closely by Alexander Leung, Alex Newton, and Ian Jackson, all of whom put on a resilient display.
