Barinas.- The 2025 Carnival Security Device was activated in Barinas since Friday, February 28, with which they aspire to guarantee the enjoyment of programmed activities without inconveniences.
Rafael Vásquez, director of Civil Protection of Barinas, informed that in different parts of the State there will be officials of the security, rescue, rescue and prehospital care bodies, to provide the necessary help to the people who require it.
The official said that in spas and public recreation places, they will maintain monitoring during these Carnival days, so that all people spend moments of peace and tranquility.
Among the recommendations given by Vásquez, is to avoid the exaggerated intake of alcoholic beverages, drive at moderate speed, already the motorized especially urged not to get carried away by emotions without limits.
