The president, Donald Trump, had said shortly before what was detected in the extinct agency constitutes the “greatest scandal in history.” That after discovering that Usaid sponsored numerous media and spent huge sums of money on initiatives such as “sex changes and” LGBT activism “in Guatemala” and “a ‘transgender opera’ in Colombia”, tourism in Egypt or printing “Personalized ‘contraceptive devices in developing countries”, among many others.
