In the opinion of the deputy of the National Assembly (AN), Luis Eduardo Martínez, the electoral event scheduled for this April 27 must become “the reaffirmation of the desire to change Venezuelans”.
In an interview for the program in time that IVC and Unión Radio, the vice president of the Commission for Dialogue, Peace and Reconciliation of Parliament emphasized that the call to the elections is not an arbitrary fact, and that on the contrary it is part of compliance of the electoral routine provided in the Constitution of the Republic.
Likewise, the opposition legislator said that although he understands today there is disenchantment, disgust and anger in part of the citizenship, the political leadership is obliged to motivate the vote and that will be possible to the extent that they can present a unitary front.
“I think you have to vote, I consider that you have to vote, I invite you to vote; If you are despair, dissatisfied, with rage of what may have happened in recent time; This is a great opportunity to reaffirm what is the desire to change Venezuelans, ”he said.
In the same order of ideas, Martínez stressed that with the vast majority of Venezuelans participating in the common event and presenting the opposition a unitary front, there will be greatly advanced in the desire that the country will improve quickly.
