Esposa de Daddy Yankee entregó documentos para resolver problema corporativo

Caracas.- Daddy Yankee’s wife, Mireddys González, delivered all the documents linked to the companies the Records and the Cangris Inc., which could resolve the legal conflict between them. This Thursday, the information was transmitted to the court of San Juan through their legal representation, which includes the lawyers Roberto Alonso and Mariel Colón.

According to the proposal presented, González sent a “management letter” to the lawyers of Daddy Yankee by email, dealing with all the necessary issues linked to the state of the companies that previously managed.

Compliance with previous responsibilities

The text of the motion indicates that González and his sister Ayeicha, who were in charge of the corporations, consider that they have fulfilled all the responsibilities established in the previous agreements.

Therefore, they believe that the appearance of the parties at the audience scheduled for this February is not necessary.

Money transfers without authorization

The conflict arose after last December, the González sisters made transfers of 100 million dollars from corporate bank accounts to personal accounts without the knowledge or authorization of Daddy Yankee.

This event occurred after the confirmation of the separation of the couple, which had been together for almost three decades and has two children in common.

Hiring of bank security experts

At the end of January, Daddy Yankee announced that he had hired the company CCG Consultants LLC, led by Carlos Cases Gallardo, former head of the FBI in Puerto Rico, in order to order and review the corporations in question.
