While the Large Bands Panorama competition is a tight race, with the top three bands finishing the semifinal separated by just 1.5 points, the race for the Medium Band title seems to be less so, as Katzenjammers Steel Orchestra topped that semifinal four points ahead of their nearest rival.
Katzenjammers finished the Medium Conventional Semifinals with 276 points for their rendition of Lying Excuses.
Pan Elders, the most successful Medium Band with six consecutive wins, finished the semifinals with 272 points.
Performing Mih Lover, Pan Elders entered the semifinal in fourth position.
Rounding out the top three was NGC Couva Joylanders Steel Orchestra, scoring 271 points for their rendition of Cut The Bush.
