
Dancehall artiste Kiprich will have to reutn to court on September 19, due to an incomplete court file.
Kiprich, whose real name is Marlon Plunkett, 45, is charged under section 18A of the Offence Against the Person Act.
WHen the case was brought up today fore Judge Janelle Nelson-Gayle, it was revealed that the police’s Communication Forensic Cybercrime Division report was still outstanding.
Bail was subsequently extended for Plunkett’s reappearance.
Allegations are that the artiste did a song endorsing ex One Order Don Othniel ‘Thickman’ Lobban.
He was placed as a person of interest and subsequently arrested and charged for the use of audio and audio-vision communication to promote criminal activities.
He is being represented by Attorney-at- Law Patrick Peterkin.
