We continue to live in the trajectory of the past, one that leads anywhere. Until the way of thinking remains the same, in a kind of cerebral palsy that prevents us from understanding that we must generate new paradigms that can produce a transformation of immediate reality.
The so -called leaders consider that maintaining their condition anchor in the old ways and in the old ways. They are unable to exercise leadership by considering new forms and, even less, they are able to become productive agents of the new paradigms. They survive in the limitation to devise. Thus, the information they generate is stereotyped and without meaning for a tired population and tired of listening to what I glimpse as a new failure.
The appearance of a new infallible and totalizing doctrine body cannot be intended, a kind of rebirth of ideologies. What is now appropriate is to propose a new reading of reality, that is, the creation of a new reality derived from the permanent activity of a Republic of Citizens that exercising instituting power change the forms tailored to its evolution towards an eternally perfectible Democratic society
Now, we must go towards the construction of the new reality. As in the case of the paths that bifurcan, the new reality can be one or the other. In any case, it is necessary to generate newly non -existent new elements. I mean this when I get the attention of thought. The more novel elements are inserted into the reality faced by bifurcations, the more possibilities there will be a flexible reality that will preserve the state achieved, but that will remain aware of using it for new qualitative leaps. That is, the leader is more a facilitator than an architect, thus allowing the preservation of freedom.
The expiration of the existing paradigms, or the defeat of inertia, must be sought by way of innovative and unusual approaches that, with all logic in human processes, will be discarded abart by the institutionalized environment. The demolition of dogmas is not an easy or fast process, but the contribution of new communication exchange technologies will be a key trigger.
The uselessness of the old paradigms is revealed when man begins to suspect that they no longer serve the solution of the conflict or problems. It is clear that the revocation of the above requires sustained effort because the data and assumptions must be revalued.
New paradigms require, generate or adopt new actors. When the new ones light in consciousness we will enter a “commission to the crowd.” The new paradigms begin to bust in linguistics, geography and communication, just to name some areas. They must also appear in the field of politics and recover the subjectivity of the human.
