ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI—The Virgin Islands Icon Awards returns in 2025 with a refreshed list of categories to celebrate exceptional talent and achievement, with the introduction of 5 new categories, bringing the total to 22.
The new categories for 2025 include Customer Service Star, Excellence from the Family Islands, The Performing Arts, Choreography and Dance, The Industrialists, and Visual Arts.
Returning categories include Commerce, Corporate Social Responsibility, Education and Youth Development, Entrepreneurship, Health/Lifestyle/Fitness, History/Culture/Traditions, Humanitarian Efforts, Live Entertainment Ensemble, Media, Music, Religion/Spirituality/Inspiration, Sports, Athletics Performance, Tourism, Writers and Publishing.
Nominations close March 15
Nominations are now open for all categories and individuals are encouraged to nominate standout customer service professionals and representatives of excellence from the Territory.
Additionally, winners of the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Wellness Centre Emerging Youth Talent Award will be announced in May.
