Saab mentioned that these axes will develop fundamental values such as human rights, progressive justice, technology and adapt to modern times, the defense of children and adolescents; and animals.
He also stressed that the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during the act held last Saturday, announced the preliminary work of this secretariat, where he spoke of a proposal of at least 85 articles to be expanded, discussed with all sectors of the country without exclusion.
The also attorney general of the Republic said that there is currently an advanced work and that it will be massified, democratized in sectoral assemblies and national, regional, municipal and communal assemblies.
He stressed that with these actions the Head of State complies with an electoral promise in 2024, which will cause an impact “because we are going to make a modernization 25 years after the previous constituent process, so we are going to ask the people in an advisory referendum that thinks about what this project will be. ”
