The head of the Capital District Government, Nahum Fernández, said at a press conference from the heroes that guarantee the best carnivals in Caracas, in style and at no cost.

“Usually the concerts were promoted by private companies and had a cost, which was sometimes not possible to pay for young people (…) now the Bolivarian revolution has generated several possibilities,” he said.
Caracas 2025 rises generates a totally free cultural space for young people.
He said that this time the point of the Plaza Diego Ibarra will leave, to travel several parishes.
He indicated that the presentation of 80 artists is expected and so far there are 26 floats registered to participate in the great parade that will be held on Carnival Tuesday.
Security is guaranteed with 2,800 police officers, as well as the presence of firefighters and civil protection officials.
It starts on February 28 in Caricuao
William Rivas, Secretary of Tourism, said that Caracas 2025 rises, starts on February 28 at 4 in the afternoon in the Caricuao parish.

Cultural Agenda
On Thursday, March 6, the Guateque Route will be in the San Agustín parish, with the Color Guaguancó, to start the Octavita on Saturday, March 8 in the Plaza de la Juventud with a concert with different artists. “Seven concerts with more than 80 national talents,” added the head of Government of Caracas.
