
The sectoral vice president of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, participated in the II National Popular Consultation 2025, and highlighted the massive assistance of the people and the dynamism of the electoral process, from the Francisco de Miranda endogenous development center, located in the Miranda state.
Menéndez stressed in an interview for the state channel, VTV, the relevance of citizen participation as a central axis to build a positive agenda and advance the plan of the seven transformations (7T). He indicated that this approach seeks to travel the national territory and link each project with the concrete action agenda (ACA) of the communal councils, by promoting meeting spaces and the strengthening of community management.
In a context of economic and political challenges, Vice President Menéndez emphasized that, in the face of divisions, sanctions and tax blockages, Venezuela continues to build from everyday life and democracy.
