The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, informed that 60 percent of the projects voted in the popular consultation of this February 2 were already awarded by the National Electoral Council (CNE).

In this particular, the mayor of the Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez specified that in Caracas, the projects that prevailed were those related to the replacement of ceilings, acquisition of water tanks, repair of elevators, as well as roads, drinking water pipes and pipes of sewage.
As part of the expansion of democracy and the empowerment of the people, the Head of State reviewed how the voters were oriented this February 2 in the popular consultation.
In that line, the Minister of Popular Power for the communes and social movements highlighted the organization with which the first popular consultation of the year 2025 was carried out, indicating that the people are empowered.
He highlighted the ability to get ahead of the Bolivarian people, while the president recalled that: “We learned to do a lot with nothing and then learned to do a lot with little.”
