The former Bolivian president Evo Morales denounced this Saturday what he describes as the “robbery” of a Venezuelan plane to the state company Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) by the United States and also accused the government of the US Nation of rape “blatantly” blatantly “International law.

The Dominican authorities delivered the plane that was held since 2024 at La Isabela airport, in the province of Santo Domingo, to the US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, who visited the country.
