This Tuesday, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, led the commemorative acts in the streets of Caracas regarding the 33 years of the civic – military rebellion of February 4, 1992.
During the meeting, the Head of State highlighted:
- Huge mobilization of the Bolivarian people to commemorate the 4F Rebel, antioligarchic and anti -imperialist.
- The milestones of our history youth and the people must study it and meet it to continue to build historical consciousness, a formation that will keep us from Victoria in Victoria.
- The 4F rebellion was an act of rebirth of an oppressed homeland and looted by the oligarchies.
- The 4F returned Bolívar and his original project, and the “for now” of Commander Chávez became the “forever” of all times.
- I have humbly proposed, to the corresponding public authorities, evaluate that the second National Popular Consultation 2025 be held, for Sunday, April 27.
“We have broken the mallefic of betrayal, resisting the greatest aggression of our history. The 4F is more alive than ever!”
