
The funeral of the former mayor of Guayanilla Edgardo Arlequín Vélezwho died last Sunday, will start on Wednesday, the Association of Mayors of Puerto Rico.

Arlequín Vélez died on Sunday, according to the organization that groups the elected mayors of the Democratic Popular Party (PPD). The reasons for their death were not revealed immediately.
