The North Village Rams added another piece of silverware to their trophy cabinet, securing the FA Challenge Cup with a 2-0 victory over the Devonshire Cougars at the Flora Duffy South Field Stadium this weekend.
The North Village Rams made the breakthrough in the 17th minute when London Steede found the back of the net, giving his side an early 1-0 lead, and they doubled their lead in the 77th minute when Jai Pitt-Bean added his name to the scoresheet.
Despite the Cougars’ efforts to get back into the game, the North Village Rams held firm defensively, securing a 2-0 victory and claiming the FA Challenge Cup title.
