The search and achievement of a better society is a permanent effort.
It is not a desire that is decreed and reached instantly just for wanting it. The introduction of changes that are considered necessary in the modes of social organization, in the functioning of the State apparatus and the network of public institutions demands a continuous effort to promote initiatives, correct and deviation correction, of convocation of consensus and of agreements that are perfected day after day or that are framed when the intervention of an alleged ally that resulted in a setback in the struggle for the change raised is failed or negative.
Much less is a guarantee of success that the project of change has abundant financing of powerful sectors that have been the beneficiaries of the institutional, legal and economic schemes that we have considered replacing to establish a society of equity, social justice, growth and well -being for All, especially for the most vulnerable, for the poor, the abandoned ones, who are the living testimony of the need and urgency of the changes we propose. On the contrary, these deliberately privileged sectors exacerbate extreme confrontation sinking the country into heavy hatred. Of alleged allied in logistics and connections with powerful referents, they become thick pieces of resistance to change and end up putting their weight and influences to divert and reduce the political action promoting progress and democracy to put it under their control and , which is the denial of the change raised.
Our effort for change does not decrease or lose value due to the failure of attempts that stained their actions with shameful acts of the delivery of national heritage, corruption and association with perverse foreign interests. Our commitment has not been and is associated with irresponsible adventures, with violence or proclamations of revenge and retaliation against those who were supposed to pacificly deliver power to then be taken to the scan. That cynicism and clumsiness drew from the beginning the deceptive offer condemned to failure.
Nor is our political work, or stops the abuse of power, the advantage, nor for the actions of political colonialism of authoritarianism or by the strengthening and relaunching of the ruling as a result of the erratic conduct and failure of those who take advantage of extreme polarization They presented themselves cunningly as the possible option of change, when they do not represent and raise violent and unworthy submission to foreign powers to achieve power.
Our will is firm. Our awareness of the complexity of the problem has internalized the conviction of maintaining open differentiation with plutocracy and with representatives of foreign colonialism disguised as agents of modernity. Our political practice has been systematic and continues differentiation of the extremes that delay and deny the change for the good that we have set. A change for Venezuela to improve, so that the country works, so that coexistence and inclusion be our way of living and not the exclusion, the extermination of the contrary and barbarism.
On April 27, beyond recent frustrations, of uncertainty and confusion, of latent indefinitions in several referents of the public debate, of political exhaustion in union, communicational and productive world sectors, of the tiredness to which the community has been submitted by The electoral hustle, a new change opportunity is presented.
We will have the opportunity to choose a representative national assembly of the complex, diverse and dissatisfied country that has risen in the last five years. We aspire to replace attacks and expletives for proposals, solutions and efforts for the normalization and proper functioning of the country. The National Assembly must be the great stage of reunion of Venezuela and not the seat of endless conflicts between parties.
April 27 is a great opportunity to strengthen decentralization, putting regional governments in the hands of productive forces, industrialists and workers, farmers and merchants, students and transporters, of community leaders and of scientists, of folklore cultors and athletes, universities and chambers of commerce, fishermen and real estate promoters, politicians with criteria of amplitude, in short, of a society that has been ignored for partisan clientelism. Regional development will come true by giving pre -sectors a chance, set aside by the culture of partisan hegemony, and that urgent spaces to present their projects, work for them and turn them into reality.
Solutions for Venezuela, a party that I am honored to preside over, assumes the commitment to continue fighting for those changes. While the needs and problems overwhelm us we will remain firm and resolved looking for a better Venezuela. There we will be to give our contribution, to give the face for the change for good, to leave behind frustrations and disappointments, understanding that only the permanent struggle will bring the Venezuela we want. We continue in campaign for change.
