Browsing Facebook recently I saw a friend share a video of a woman speaking. She was beautiful. But even though I was not hearing what she was saying at the time I knew she was sad from her facial expression.
Sometimes I am afraid to listen to videos because there is so much pain and sadness in this world today, but at times I am strengthened by the fact that more and more people are bold enough to speak about their silent pain, their emotional turmoil, their illnesses and just share.
I paused what I was doing and listened to this sister who had a very beautiful smile, but one that could not hide the sadness in her eyes.
