A Malabar man has reported to police that thieves stole 30 white folding chairs from his gallery while he slept.
According to reports, the victim, left the chairs in his upstairs gallery around 6 pm on Friday and went to bed.
However, when he awoke at 9.30 a.m. on Saturday, the chairs, valued at $4,500, were missing.
The victim said he checked with his neighbours but was unsuccessful in solving the mystery of the missing chairs.
He said he gave no one permission to remove the chairs.
Investigations are continuing.
